Bigger, and built to live in a vest. This is 500 ml with a high-flow bite valve, sized for the chest pockets. The 350 ml is a smaller carry for shorter efforts — pick by how far you run between refills.
Yes — it drops into both chest pockets on the Vest, in either size. It also rides in most belt holsters, though the hand strap is the point on flask-only days.
Twist the bite valve to the closed position and it holds. Left open it will weep if squeezed, so lock it before it goes in a pocket with your phone. We would rather tell you that than let you find out.
Rinse it after every run and turn it inside out to dry, and it will run a season or two of regular mileage. TPU is soft by design — a flask that packs flat trades some lifespan for no slosh and no jab. When the valve gets slow, it is cheap to replace.
