Yes — it is sized for the Vest's back sleeve, in both the 5 L and 6 L. Most other 1.5 L reservoir sleeves take it as well, including Salomon and Decathlon vests.
Rinse it out the day you run, open the top flat so it dries inside-out, and keep it in the freezer between long gaps — that is what stops the mould that gives a bladder its taste. No dishwasher, no boiling water; both cook the film.
It slows the warming, it does not refrigerate. The real trick is ice through the wide top — the insulation just keeps the mouthful in the tube drinkable instead of scalding by kilometre twenty. We will not pretend it stays cold for hours.
No — the Vest ships without a bladder, because most runners already own one. This is the reservoir to buy if you do not, or if hot-season mileage has outgrown one flask.
